If you're unhappy with the quality of your product, the standards of customer service, times and locations of supply, or if you're experiencing difficulties with the Ministry of Health, it may be the time to switch your medical cannabis supplier. Patients with permits to consume medical cannabis are allowed to specify IMC Ltd. as their supplier.
You can become an IMC customer in one of two ways:
When renewing your permit:
When you visit your physician to renew your permit, you may ask him/her to note IMC Ltd. under Name of Supplier. Attach a personal letter, signed and dated, to the Ministry of Health, where you explain that you wish that the renewal of your permit will be forwarded to IMC ltd.
Both documents - the form and the letter - must be sent to the Ministry of Health, fax: +972 (2) 647 4810. We recommend that you verify the reception of the documents by calling: +972 (2) 626 8000. According to the regulations set by the Ministry of Health, renewing the permit with a change of supplier takes 45 business days - no longer than it takes to handle any other request.
With a valid permit
In order to switch suppliers, you must send your permit with an attached personal letter requesting the change to the Ministry of Health.
We recommend that you send us both documents - originals, nor copies - via registered mail or express mail, only after you have purchased your monthly dosage from your current supplier. We recommend that you keep a copy of all the documents sent.
Please note that while the request is being processed by the Ministry of Health, which takes approximately 30 business days, you will not be able to purchase medical cannabis without your original permit.
